Nyra Voice Hub is designed as a local-first macOS application for voice capture, transcription, summaries, and exports. This policy explains how Dhamma Loop handles information for the Nyra Voice Hub app and this support website.
Information Stored On Your Mac
Recordings, transcripts, summaries, speaker labels, exported files, settings, logs, and local model state are intended to stay on your Mac unless you choose to export, share, delete, or send them for support.
The app may request macOS permissions such as microphone access, Accessibility, Apple Events, and file access so it can record audio, insert dictated text, interact with selected apps, and manage local files you choose.
Support Email
If you email supportdhammaloop.com, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, screenshots, logs, or attachments. Support email is handled through Google Workspace, which processes messages for delivery, security, spam prevention, and mailbox operations.
Support Bundles And Diagnostics
If the app provides a support bundle feature, the bundle should be created only when you choose to create it. Support bundles may include app version, build number, macOS version, configuration details, diagnostics, and logs. You should review support materials before sending them.
Website Hosting
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process standard web request information such as IP address, user agent, request URL, timestamps, and security signals to provide hosting, performance, and abuse prevention.
Purchases And App Store Metadata
If Nyra Voice Hub is distributed through the Apple App Store, Apple may process purchase, download, update, crash, and account-related metadata according to Apple's own policies. Dhamma Loop does not receive your Apple ID password or payment card details from Apple.

We do not sell your recordings, transcripts, or support messages. We share information only as needed to provide the app, operate support, comply with legal obligations, protect the service, or when you choose to share information with us.
Retention And Deletion
Local app data remains under your control on your Mac. You can delete local recordings, transcripts, exports, or app data using app features or macOS file controls where available. Support emails may be retained as needed to respond to you, maintain support history, and meet legal or operational requirements.
Children
Nyra Voice Hub is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support email, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
